i had a class on customer service at 9am today.
and i've really got no idea where the venue is.
dialled mummie (regina) for help because i was totally LOST.
roamed around the hougang estate aimlessly.
i knew i was somewhere near.
so, i walked and walked and walked...
at last, i found that stupid rc.
the others were seated inside already.
thankfully, i wasn't the only one who's late.
even worse, kak ayu didn't turn up due to whatever reason.

the focus today was on fast and friendly service.
i couldn't expect more. haha.
there are 4 parts to it:
-welcome
-connect
-deliver
-farewell
it wasn't so bad after all.
ricky was there too.
and michelle mostly did all the talking.
i still can't believe i cut my finger.
dang. i'm so fragile these days.

class ended at around 1pm.
bus-ed to cpp with dyla.
zhi hao was working at that moment.
i can see that he's glad to see me there.
*smiles. :)
guess what.
i couldn't stop laughing over the fact that i ran away from shirley thru the back door. i actually peeked and saw her at the counter. i was fortunate that she didn't enter the store. even, zhi hao was like shoo-ing me out. wait. first and foremost. i would like to thank those kind-hearted souls that covered up my presence. i love you guys. and zhi hao... what's with the farewell handshake ? lmao .

i had a nightmare last night.
dreamed that i got stabbed by the same guy.
i jolted awake. looked at the clock.
it was nearly one...
forced myself to sleep . woke up again at 4am.
*curses.

there wasn't as much drive-thru customers compared to last weekend.
can slack a bit. haha.
it was raining cats and dogs.
i needed to go home immediately.
so, i took out my hp and book-ed a cab. haha.
my managers were like: "you live so near and yet you call a cab? so rich ar."
they were hilarious. and i just laughed it off.
such cute people . :)

here's the scoop for yesterday.
i woke up way too early.
so, i decided to go have breakfast with my mum at McD before starting work.
met up with my mum who already went jogging in the early hours.
punch-ed in at 9.30am sharp after that.
it was then that i realised there was a group of RMs (i think. haha.) present in our store.
perhaps, they're having a meeting. who knows?
ricky from skrv took some pictures of us at work.
it was kinda funny. lol.
hmmm. let me share something.
don't laugh, ouh-kaes?
i think ricky's...cute.
he looked exactly like my schoolmate, royston.
didn't see much of YH. he didn't poke me much either.
that's a relief.
when i reached home, i noticed that i left my cap in store.
must be my unlucky day...

train-ed and bus-ed to NUH after work.
felt so shagged.
visited Abang Khairul.
he just regained consciousness after 4 days of lights out.
he looked better to me.
be strong, alright? i'll pray that you'll get well soon.
went home after eating out.
i felt so giddy all of a sudden.
i must be feeling too upset about this afternoon incident.
*can't say much about it.

i was having the blues today.
wasn't in the mood to work.
everyone was concerned about me.
thanks, guys. i'm fine, really.
i was back to my cheerful self at around noon.
haha . :)

as usual, i walked home alone.
didn't realised that some strange guy was trailing me.
a malay guy with brownish-blond hair to be exact.
it's as if he knows me and yet i don't recognise him at all.
and the weird thing was he wasn't following behind me discreetly.
he just walked like nobody cared.
arrived at my block.
but, i decided to mill around for a while at the void deck.
i didn't want him to know where i live.
true enough, he was searching around for me.
somehow, he appeared at a pillar behind me.
and i was daring enough to approach him and asked why he's following me.
he just shrugged his shoulders.
i was like: 'DAMN IT!!'
my brain was telling me to run.
so, i flee from him to the nearby blocks.
we kinda played hide-and-seek. lmao.
i felt so afraid and called yi hao on my hp.
i ran here and there trying to escape from him.
trust me, it was super exhausting like "running a marathon".
i managed to reach home safely with beads of perspire on my forehead...

clumps of white clouds filled the light blue sky as i strolled to work today.
my observation: the clouds looked exactly like cotton candy. haha.
maybe i was jaded or something.
i was in no hurry to get to work.
felt very cranky in the morning due to lack of sleep.
the fresh air didn't help either.

to make things worse, our store was lacking of crew.
some crew were late. and i know one of them.
it's none other than mr eugene. haha.
most of us had to multi-task.
unfortunately, i had to run DT alone for a short while in the morning.
it was...manageable.

and someone actually placed a large order to feed at least 75 guys.
everything had to be prepared @ 11am.
everyone received a complete meal set including a dessert.
i was given the job to draw drinks.
i already counted the cups in advance.
so, my job would be easier and faster.
kept scooping ice and pressing the COKE button repeatedly until i was done.
the kichen crew had to prepare the burgers: mcchicken, filet, double cheese + 6pc nuggets.
kak syarifah had to do fries.
and all of us helped out to do the hot fudge sundaes.
i was like talking to the machine because it kept 'farting' ice-cream.
lmao.
just imagine preparing all the food and laying them out for the guests.
whew. what a job!
eventually, we succeed even though there were only a few of us.
thank god there wasn't any drive-thru customers at that moment.
siew choo and pk had to clean up the aftermath.
haha.

i had nothing much to do.
so, i stood by the fries station.
saw lay tin having a word with siew choo.
a moment later, i could hear lay tin's voice somewhere in the kitchen.
she was on the phone talking loudly to my 2nd mummie.
i hope she's alright.
then, siew choo suddenly appeared beside me like a ghost.
with her face red.
i could tell that she's holding back her tears.
poor girl... i pity her so much.

i didn't have my break until i ended work today.
i wasn't hungry anyway. so, who cares...
i was about to exit from the front counter and i saw zhi hao, eugene and pk.
sat down with them while zhi hao ate his apple pie.
i can't believe that zhi hao complained that his apple pie had already past the holding time.
he received a new one, of course.
so petty. lol.
i walked home with them afterwards.

tomorrow's a brand new day.
i hope everything's fine.
not to forget. i have to brace myself for the torture from YH.
i swear i won't spill any of my secrets.
haha. :)

ouh-kaes.
it's been two days since the last post on my blog.
i was super busy over the weekend.
busy working, of course. haha.

let's re-cap what happened on v-day...
came to store early because i bought a surprise gift for everyone.
i was supposed to work at 9am.
but... RM ordered me to punch in immediately at 8.30.
haiz. what to do... report to work lor.
it was our 1st weekend.
didn't expect a whole bunch of customers to dine here.
drive-thru wasn't so bad compared to the main store.
non-stop customer rush from morning till afternoon.
i got my break when there's less customers.
ate my meal in a rush.
i had some extra time to lay out the chocolates in the crew lounge.
i didn't forget about my dear managers.

bought a box for them too. :)
cheers!!

finally, i was allowed to go home.
went on an impromptu "date" with rayza (she's a girl. haha.).
at least it's better than having no date at all. lol.
bought some sweet treats at McD and sat at the field across it.
we were so engrossed in kite-watching.
we saw this lovely heart-shaped kite.

it was so beautiful. ♥
after that, we walked to cp to meet my mum.
bought a few pairs of cute ear studs there.

cost me about $10. it was worth it.
then, home sweet home. :)

today was even worse.
more and more customers came.
bad news: we're down crew.
quite a few of us had to work OT including yours truly.
went for a quick break before punching in again.
at least there wasn't much customers when night falls.
got to spend some quality time with YH.
by then, i was so shagged.
punch-ed out @ around 11+.
regina and yi hao wanted to sent me home.
and i actually had to wait for them to finish their tasks first.
i waited till i fell asleep at the lobby. zzz. zzz.
i remembered a customer playfully whispered to me at a distance to wake me up.
sheesh! can't you see that i'm tired? sighs...
well... we flagged a taxi and off we go home. haha.

swimming pool was closed on every monday.
expected only a few customers.
can't stop yawning during work.
felt super, super tired just because of OT yesterday.

today wasn't such a boring day after all.
got tickled by YH countless times.
he had his fair share of tickles too.
haha... sweet revenge eh?

sharon came to work at our store today.
very surprised to see her. gave a her a big hug.
"wo xiang ni, sharon!!"

something happened just now.
sharon disturbed me when shirley was teaching me on how to tie balloons.
said something about a handsome guy dining in.
i was actually distracted. that is so me.
and shirley was very pissed at me.
i'm truly sorry, dear. didn't mean to ignore you just now.
very, very sorry...

feeling guilty , i made lots of balloons.
there was a whole colourful bunch of it.
i had nothing to do. so, i went to the lobby and hunted for kids.
they really loved my balloons. haha.

well... tomorrow is valentine's day.
i've got no date. very sad, right?
haha.
sharon suggested that i go out with her.
i was like: "no freaking way!! i'll die!!"
because i know she has a motorcycle and i'm not so sure if she rides it fast.
but... oh well. since both of us got no dates.
why not?
let's go ride somewhere and see the sunset... :)

well... this is my first ever blog.
so, please bear with me . haha .
i'm still getting used to all this html stuff.
not so clear on editing my own blog. haha .
nevermind. let's skip this part...

work ended at 11+ last night. it was super tiring.
we had to clean up the brand new store.
my job - clean the glass windows.
just imagine a short person like me wiping the tall windows.
interesting eh?
bad news: our store has a LOT of glass panels.
good news is... i made 2 new friends; 'mr ladder' and 'mrs stool'.
haha. lame, i know.
ouh! and i forgot to mention something important.
my store opened yesterday @ 6.38pm exactly.
i was the one who served the 1st customer.
felt so proud. lol. :)
several big bossses were around. so, i felt a bit scared for some reasons.
had to do drive-thru at night.
i had to serve jeslyn (our store's BC).
her order: 6pc nuggets meal with jasmine green tea.

bad start in the morning today.
it's so not my day...
don't wanna talk about it. full-stop.
i had to do drive-thru again today.
sat there in the booth with p.k. as he's still under training.
shared some silly stories about love. lol.
